TL;DR: we only collect what you type into our contact form, we use it to reply to you, we run no ad trackers, we sell nothing, and we delete what we do not need.

01Who we are

SolutionMAX is an automation & web design studio operating remotely. We are the data controller for this website. Contact: mail@solutionmax.net.

02What we collect & why

Project chat / contact forms: your name, email or WhatsApp number, your answers about project type, budget and timing, and anything you write us. Purpose: answering you and preparing a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Email correspondence: if you email us, we keep the conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a business that answers its mail.
Purchases: if you buy a pack or service, we keep invoice data (name, address, amount) because tax law makes us. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Technical basics: our web server briefly processes your IP address to deliver the page and prevent abuse. We run no analytics trackers and no advertising pixels.

03Where your data goes

When you submit our chat, your message is delivered to us through our own self-hosted automation platform (n8n) and arrives as a notification on our phone (Telegram). Emails are processed by our email provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP when serving the font files. We never sell or rent your data to anyone — there is nothing else.

04How long we keep it

Leads that don't become clients: deleted within 12 months.
Client project data: for the duration of our work together + 2 years.
Invoices: 7 years (tax law, not our idea).

05Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We store exactly one thing in your browser: your cookie-banner choice (so we stop asking). That's stored locally on your device and never sent anywhere.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. One email to mail@solutionmax.net does it — we respond within 30 days, usually much faster. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for Spain: AEPD, aepd.es).

07Security

Data lives on encrypted, access-controlled systems we manage ourselves. Automation is our job — keeping the systems that run it locked down is part of that job.

08Changes

If we ever change this policy meaningfully, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from publication. We won't retroactively grant ourselves creepy powers.
